Rise With Purpose: Leading With All You Are

    Who are you?
    What do you value?
    How do you treat people?
What do you want to be known for?

We have a leadership deficit in this country.

That's not so say there aren't leaders. There are plenty of leaders.

There just aren't enough good ones.

In this workshop, we'll work together to reflect, learn and have fun while learning who you are as a leader and how you can contribute to a better culture and a better world.

Change has to come through intentional efforts and the only way to create change in is for us to rise and become the leaders we want to see.

This training will help you develop your leadership philosophy by unveiling the beliefs, behaviors and practices you're operating by.

    Expected Outcomes:

Recognize and begin leading by your top core values
    Develop a leaders' mindset
Establish a set of core beliefs that serve you, others and your ultimate purpose

Selling Without Feeling Pushy: The Sales Training Every Entrepreneur Needs

Are you terrified of having sales / enrollment conversations?

Do you worry that your potential clients will think you are being salesy or pushy?

Do you end up leaving money on the table because you don’t know how to respond to “I can’t afford it” or “I need to think about it”?

Many entrepreneurs skip learning about sales. They make a judgment call that sales isn’t for them, because they see ‘sales’ as an equivalent to having to be ‘pushy.’

They tell themselves the story that they’d rather get clients who actually want to work with them, not who got ‘pushed’ into working with them.

The reality is, fear is driving this choice. Your ideal clients actually want to work with you. It’s your job to help them make that empowering decision. I teach women how to sell with ease.

During this talk you will discover:

    • How to make sure that every conversation you have builds authentic, friendly connection, and ultimately leads to a sales conversation

    • How to tell your story so that your ideal client moves from thinking “oh, that’s nice” to thinking, “OMG, you’re amazing, I love you and I need to hire you / buy from you!”

    • Who you need to BE and what you need to DO and SAY to sell with higher conversions

    Your WOD Leader, Katie Collins

Katie Collins is a business coach who helps women Coaches and Wellness Practitioners create the consistent income they desire.

She teaches her clients how to have enrollment conversations that get new clients, without feeling pushy or inauthentic.

Her astute guidance and intuitive nature has supported hundreds of clients to make powerful choices and commitments, so they can finally reach the income level that they pictured when they first got started.

    How does our mastermind work?

    6:00 - 6:20 Group introduction

6:20 - 8:00 Three ideation sessions with teams of 2-3 people.

How to lead a mastermind discussion:
Share your idea or challenge and tell the group what a winning outcome looks like for you. Then ask the group:
    • What resources should I look into?
    • Who can you connect me with that might be able to provide insight?
    • What mindset shifts can help me achieve success?
Use the provided index cards to take notes on the tips and resources your groupmates offer you.

    FAQ

    • Can I attend the mastermind if I don't have anything to strategize?
Yes, you'll participate the same way, but instead of offering up a challenge or idea to discuss you can pass your turn to give another person more time to get tips from the team. We love having members join to offer up support to those who have burning questions and important decisions to make.
    • Can I bring an idea or challenge that isn't business related?
You can absolutely come to WOD to discuss personal challenges or ideas for your life or family. The personal and professional are extremely intermingled and we look at everything in a holistic way.
    • Is what I share private?
It's our goal to create a safe space for sharing your business challenges and personal goals, but because this is a public forum we cannot guarantee that no one will ever share what you've said. Be mindful of anything that's truly private information that should not be shared, especially business financial details or information about pending deals as you would in any environment.

Prepare Your Energy and Strategy for 2019 Success!

It's the end of the year, and holiday time. You're likely in a mad rush to finish the year strong and wrap up 2018 in a nice little bow.

This time of year it can be challenging to find time to focus YOU, so this event is all about prioritizing your life goals and creating a strategy to build the life you want (not the work you want) in 2019. Don't wait until after the new year to start thinking about what you want the next 12 months of your life to bring you.

During this event you'll hear from 3 leaders who'll share tips for creating your best life from managing your energy, owning your values, mapping your life goals, and setting the tone for a stronger, happier, healthier you.

    Your WOD Leaders

Karen Bartlett is the founder of Ascension Professional Coaching, a career and life coaching company specializing in helping high-achieving, mid-career women who want to create a life that brings them fulfillment, balance and joy.

Karen, a Certified Professional Coach and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner, brings over 25 years of varied and colorful experience to the table.  While she has operated in many industries and roles, the bulk of her career has been spent in the education field, empowering kids from birth through adult to find their inner brilliance and reach their full potential.  She has owned three small businesses and worked for and with numerous non-profits.

While Karen has always been driven by passion in her work, she found herself, at times, living for Saturday.  She got to a point where this was not enough for her, and she took massive action to create a better way to live.  She is on a mission to disrupt the “living for Saturday” plight by helping others find a career where they feel fulfilled, happy and inspired every day of the week.  She believes we can all ascend to “the good life.”
