There are 3 must-haves to create the life that you want. Learn to address what is holding you back and move forward, creating the best course for your life and your business.

Your posture, how present you are in your body and how you take care of you communicates to the world who you are and how you feel about yourself. It's impossible to really give to or build up others if you're not taking care of yourself.

How would your life change if you spent more time present within YOU? What could you create for yourself, your body, your life, your business and your money flow?

Here you will learn the 3 easy, powerful must-haves and that will help you find that elusive "balance" and accomplish what you want in your life.

    YOUR WOD LEADER, TRACY REVELL

Tracy Revell uses the words "Love your Body. Rock your Life." as a mantra for those who desire more Confidence within Themselves so they can be a Powerful Presence in the world. She empowers people to become and BE more confident in their own skin and that it is only when we truly live from this space that can we shift our ability to influence others and our own lives.

How you move in your body is a big indicator of your emotional, physical and psychological health. It's a big indicator why your sales are down. It's a big indicator of why you aren't attracting the relationships you want. Tracy's work goes beyond Body Language...When we live life in our bodies with Feminine Intuition, Self-Love, Grace and Knowing instead of just in our heads and Balance it with Masculine Focus and Action, we experience our BEST life in a more joyous, loving, and financially abundant way!

As a small business owner, especially ones not large enough to have an internal accountant, it can be hard to know where you're at financially. Even if you have an accounting program, the information may be there but you have no idea what to do with it. Maybe you have a good grasp on where you're at mentally, but hate having to get it all entered into a program because you don't know what to do with it from there. Understanding the health of your business starts with understanding your financial statements.

Join Wendy Renslow, a professional financial statement organizer, as she walks you through how to read your Profit & Loss statement and Balance Sheet. Understanding what goes where and why is the best place to start so you can use your financial statements as a management tool. If you're looking for a small business loan or need to talk to your CPA you have to have financial statements that are accurate and make sense to you.

Sometimes it feels like accountants start talking in foreign languages with all their industry specific terminology. We will go through wrapping your head around the differences between assets and liabilities and what is the difference between expenses and costs of goods. We will review all the accounting terminology of receivables and payables and what they mean to you as a business owner.

When you leave, you should feel more confident understanding how to use your financial numbers in a more meaningful way to make proactive decisions rather than reactive ones just chasing your bank balances. Please join us and stop dreading the financial side of your business.

    YOUR WOD LEADER, WENDY RENSLOW
