We hear all this buzz about mindfulness & the health benefits of meditation. But where do we even begin?

There are SO many kinds of mindfulness practice, some of which we can do right in the company of others and they'll never even know! There are practices that can be done standing up, sitting down, moving, or still. Some practices are very free-flow and others are more structured. The key to developing a practice that works for you is to try them - so let's do that!

We'll discuss the mental, emotional, and physical benefits of mindfulness. And then we'll actually practice a few. You'll get a taste of some that you can do sitting at your desk or hidden in the loo; you'll try some that you can do standing in line at the store or walking through the park. And we'll even explore some that incorporate your entire body!

    YOUR WOD LEADER, CLARISSA CONSTANTINE

Clarissa Constantine grew up in a home where meditation was a key component of spirituality, but she walked away from it for years when she went away to college. She never found meditation or mindfulness easy. Try as she might, she just couldn't sit still to meditate, never mind 'let go' of the thoughts that kept nudging their way into her consciousness when she did manage to sit still! But when she was diagnosed with anxiety, she knew something had to change.

She explored yoga at the gym and at some private studios and became more focused on running. Along the way, she followed her husband into the fitness world and became a personal trainer. Despite her best efforts, she never managed to find a singular practice that felt like 'it.' So, the anxiety continued in varying levels, depending on how consistent she managed to be with any practice.

Then, in early 2016, she found Chakradance, and she was hooked. The practice gives her the movement she craves with the mindfulness she needs. During our Women of Denver workshop, she will share many of the strategies she's learned over the last fifteen years to help manage the anxiety and keep the stress at bay. She'll be sharing strategies you can implement totally anonymously so no one else will know you're taking care of yourself. You'll also learn practices you can incorporate with just a little bit of movement or with more involved movement. Since each of us is different, what works for one person doesn't necessarily work for someone else. The goal for our time together is to offer a variety of tools you can use no matter your personality or your immediate location.

There are 3 must-haves to create the life that you want. Learn to address what is holding you back and move forward, creating the best course for your life and your business.

Your posture, how present you are in your body and how you take care of you communicates to the world who you are and how you feel about yourself. It's impossible to really give to or build up others if you're not taking care of yourself.

How would your life change if you spent more time present within YOU? What could you create for yourself, your body, your life, your business and your money flow?

Here you will learn the 3 easy, powerful must-haves and that will help you find that elusive "balance" and accomplish what you want in your life.

    YOUR WOD LEADER, TRACY REVELL

Tracy Revell uses the words "Love your Body. Rock your Life." as a mantra for those who desire more Confidence within Themselves so they can be a Powerful Presence in the world. She empowers people to become and BE more confident in their own skin and that it is only when we truly live from this space that can we shift our ability to influence others and our own lives.

How you move in your body is a big indicator of your emotional, physical and psychological health. It's a big indicator why your sales are down. It's a big indicator of why you aren't attracting the relationships you want. Tracy's work goes beyond Body Language...When we live life in our bodies with Feminine Intuition, Self-Love, Grace and Knowing instead of just in our heads and Balance it with Masculine Focus and Action, we experience our BEST life in a more joyous, loving, and financially abundant way!
